Are there any components/tools available that will help me build text reports? I need to eMail customized reports (from BDE sourced data) and can not figure out how to generate ascii text output.

I would reccomend ReportSmith.  This comes with some of the versions of Delphi and works well.

Does ReportSmith really generate ascii text output? As far as I can tell, it generates a proprietary format that it can print using Windows graphics contexts (just like all the other report writers). I need the complete report output to be 100% ascii text!
