  I am looking for informations on NTFS structure on disks
i.e : how can I read a NTFS disks without NT (with i386 bios interrupts for example).

Get the book "Inside the Windows NT File System" by  Helen Custer.  (ISBN 155615660X from Microsoft Press).

The DDK documentation also has some information on disk structure used by the installable file system manager, which you'll need to udnerstand in order to locate the NTFS partition in the first place.
