I can't save or open a document with ClarosWorks 4.0, while ClarisWorks 2.1 (also installed) works great. What can I do?

1. Are the Open and Save dialog boxes grayed out? I imagine so. Try trashing Clarisworks 4's preferences and reboot.

2. If this doesn't work, then reinstall Clarisworks from the original disk/CD-ROM.  You did put in the correct Registration Number, didn't you?

3. I note that this is a question with adjusted points. If you have already tried these things after advice earlier, and they haven't worked, then please let's know what you have done to try to solve the problem already. I don't want to tell you things you already know.

Good luck,

Rifty
