i WANT TO HAVE ADMIN RIGHTS LIKE CREATE USER OR DISK SPACE
LIMIT SETTING AND I WANT TO HAVE IT WITH SOURCECODE.
tHERE ARE SOME POSSIBLE WAYS, BUT I WANT JUST A PROGRAM
THAT I'LL RUN AND IT'LL BE DONE

If you add yourself to the Administrators group on the Primary Domain Controller, you are automatically granted those rights.

Is the question how to grant yourself those rights, or is it how to hack past security when you are not authorized to do those things?

it's easy just shoot off tha administrator...
:)
u don't have a chance to change somethin in run-time...
so i'll email u some ways to do it..
