I recently tried running a windows program and got an error message that this file (comstl32.dll) was not found. Should I have this file? What is it and where can I find it?
Thanks in advance.

This file comes with Win32s. It is the 32 bit version of the file open dialog boxes and a few other common screens.

If you install Win32s you will get the file. Win32s should be on Microsofts page or shipped with any Windows 3.11 32bit applications.
