I have three Dbf Files.  One is the master called IngredientsCategories.  The main index is ING_CAT it is character and is 40 long.  The second file is called Ingredientinformation.  This is the one that is for my Grid.  The third file contains a field called ING_MSRE.  I wish to look up from my Grid (ING_MSRE) and find ING_MSRE in IngredientMsres.  I can't seem to get it to work.  So, the first file is the MAIN data the one and the second is the many.  It's a one to many link.  So how do I read from the third file from a Data Grid?  What Keys do I use?  I have tried the creating a lookup field with the editor, this still will not work for me.  I don't quite see about the master key and the lookup key and the return value? Thanks

You have to access the Fields Editor and create a new lookup field. Then you add this one to the DBGrid and whenever you step though this field column you'll have a list to chose from.
