Your computer should have Video-in slot for Apple Video System and TV/FM Radio bay for Apple TV/FM Radio System.

Apple Video System is an AV card to "convert" low frequency composite video signal into raster images for system video (graphics) card. It should be install into Video-in slot.

Apple TV/FM Radio System contains TV tuner which converts high frequency video signal from your TV antenna into low frequency video signal for Apple Video System. It should be installed into
TV/FM Radio bay.

I'm not sure if your kit contains both units or TV/FM Radio System only. I think it should.
I apologize for detailed explanation - perhaps you already know
most of those things.
