"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You don't want to type it in on the netscape editor, that will just display the text you put in.  You need to go to Edit source(its either under the view or edit menu I forget).  Then insert the text after the <body> tag.  Save it and go back to netscape editor.  You should see a new yellow block at the top of the document.  You should be able to move it around by highlighting it and using edit->cut edit->paste.  You can also center it.
When you upload the page to the server and look at it, it should work.
Hope This Helps
