Delphi32 and modem

I need some help with using modems via Delphi2 under Win95. If it is possible to answer the following things I would be very happy : How do I set the number to dial, How do I send characters and recieve them? Is there a component available to handle this?

There are components for this in the DSP. Search for TAPI components

I think you will need more than most of those components will offer ...
