Delphi Paint Program

I need Delphi 2 appllication which has similary features to the ms-paint program.  The color fill for polygons is required.
This is the feature were you click on the paint can after selection ghe color then when the object is pointed to the color is floodfilled.

You can very easily do a flood fill routine with a recursive procedure. The procedure gets called with a point as parameter. It looks at the pixel above it, and calles itself with that point if it is the same colour. If not it looks at the pixel below itself, and the same thing. If not left, if not right etc. You can very easily do this with the pixels property of a TCanvas in Delphi, but it will most probably be pretty slow. As for the rest of the functions in the paint program, they should all be pretty easy to implement. I seem to remember there is a demo program with Delphi that has rudimentary paint program features?
