I have a thinkPad 760CD which came with DOS v6.22,Windows
and OS2 V3 installed with Dual Boot. I created another
partition, Installed Boot manager and OS2 V4.It works very
well except that it operates in a window with about 3/4
inch on all four sides. If I go to full screen peculiar
looking letters result which can be read. It only operates
at 640x480x16. It needs a proper driver for OS2 V4 using
the LCD. Where can I get the file and what is it's
filename?

the ibm device driver repository has the
following file which looks like what you
need:
vfe760os.exe "IBM thinkpad 760 Video
graphics fix for os/2 warp"
the url is:
www.europe.ibm.com/psmemea/progserv/device
/video12.html
there are a couple of other files that
also mention thinkpad 760 video, so give
them all a look over.
