Hello,

I wrote already for the same question but I never receipt response.

How to delete a key in the registry found by RegQueryValue.

Ex :  in the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\xyz , the value of reg (by example ) is 32568
I want delete the key HKEY\\LOCAL_MACHINE\\Software\\32568

How do I do ?

From the information you posted, what you want to delete is a VALUE, but you are treating it like a key.  IE. the key
   HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\xyz
has a VALUE of
   32568

If you want to delete the key, use RegDeleteKey.
If you want to remove the value, assign 0 to the key using RegSetValueEx

If you want a real code sample, let me know.
