Enlarge "window text" font

I asked you the same question before and your solution worked
partially.  I was able to enlarge the font under the "icon" item.
Specically, how do I enlarge the font for the "window text" item
under "properties" (under Display in the control panel).  Currently,
when "window text" is selected, the font area is "grayed out"

You say that the "display" setting did not enlarge all the text, then one method to control size is screen resolution.  If you are using one of the higher resolutions (say 1200 x 1600) drop down to 600 x 800 and all the print will enlarge.  Even 640 x 480 provides good resolution for most viewing while giving large print.  These settings are in "Control Panel" "Displey" - give one a try.

The window text property is a property of the running application, so its in the application you can change that font.

Your answer is valid.  Let me clarify my question.  When I select "Display
Properties", how do I change the font of the word "Appearance" or
"Scheme", "Item", "Font", etc THEMSELVES.  The current font is very
small (like 8) and I have tried changing every item under "Item" without
being able to affect the font of these words at all.  I am very grateful to u

One way to do some extra with the fonts is to install the utilities for disabled persons.
