I hava a external ISDN "Modem" and wonder how to setup linux to support it (USR Sportster TA ext.).
It works like a analogous Modem but does syncPPP on the ISDN side.

Hence the adapter ("modem") is external you treat like any other normal modem. This solution works fine for me toward smy company. I use a masqueradinbg firewall and PP:s via the ISDN modem to my company
