6360 Slow internet speed-typing forms

My 32 meg memory 6360, has hesitation when typing forms on the   internet, generally is slow scrolling and jerky also.
Is  this normal???  Causes many typing errors-maddening.
Help !

Find your browser application and click on it one time to high-light it.  Go to file and select get info.  In the box that say's minimum memory, increase that number by 20%
