I have design one web page with form input.
The form input bar background is now in grey color, but it is very urgy, I want to change it in white background color same as yours.  I have tried <FORM BGCOLOR=White>, but it didn't work.  What can I do?

The FORM tag does not support a color setting.
But you can put a TABLE around your form like this:

<form>
<table border=0 BGCOLOR="#800080">
<td>
<select name="Land">
<option>Baden-W&#252;rttemberg
<option>Bayern
<option>Berlin
<option>Brandenburg
<option>Bremen
<option>Hamburg
<option>Hessen
<option>Mecklenburg -Vorpommern
<option>Niedersachsen
<option>Nordrhein -Westfalen
<option>Rheinland -Pfalz
<option>Saarland
<option>Sachsen
<option>Sachsen-Anhalt
<option>Schleswig -Holstein
<option>Th&#252;ringen
</select>
</td>
<td>
<input type="submit" value="Absenden">
<input type="reset" value="Abbrechen">
<input type="button" name="button1" value="Zur&#252;ck" onclick="history.back()" >
</table>
</form>
