Form input bar color

I have design one web page with form input.
The form input bar background is now in grey color, but it is very urgy, I want to change it in white background color same as yours.  I have tried <FORM BGCOLOR=White>, but it didn't work.  What can I do?

The FORM tag does not support a color setting.
But you can put a TABLE around your form like this:
