What is the procedure for installing a component's design-time context-sensitive help in Delphi 3? No KWF files as in D1 and D2, and no OPENHELP as in C++ Builder...

This is described in the help file, but it is *hard* to find.

 Developing Applications
  Creating custom components
   Registering Components
    Providing help for your component

Click the ">>" button once, and some info about creating help files appears.
Click same button again, and a step by step description of installing help appears.

I'll submit this as an answer instead of repeating the info from the help file, hope you don't mind...
