Is DOS File-handle available in Vxd ?

I want to use INT21(FLUSH) in
Call_When_VM_Returns procedure
after catched INT21(WRITE)

I believe you can just call INT21/Flush using Simulate_Interrupt as long as you are in the context of the particular VM with the open file (which you are).
