WIN API Book for Dummies

Anyone know of a good basic Windows API book for people with no 'C' or windows programming knowledge can understand.  All I know is Pascal

Win API for Dummies type book ? if it exists.

Not to be offensive...but the API is usually beyond the dummy
level.  I couldn't see how it could fit into the dummy format
and still be useful.

A good book...with C examples...but also with great descriptions
of the functions themsevles...an invaluable reference...is:

  "The Win32 API Bible, Book One" by The Waite Group Press.

The book gives a quite a few visual examples too.

for anone elses information I have found a Book with a fare few common WIN API calls explained for delphi users.  the book is called 'Delphi Programming Problem Solver' by Rubenking.

hope this is helpfull for other people as well
