A simple yes or no will do for this question.
I'm using MSFP97 and created a page with the guestbook web bot.  I don't like how the result are saved. (FYI, it saves newest last or at the bottom of the page) Is there a way to change this??

Yes or No. Can I specify the length or the number of comments in the saved results?  In other words, setting 10  comments max., will it delete one comment and then insert the new comment??

I Think you can't do this! As you wil know is a webbot a simple executable. so, nothing to change there. You can give a set of parameters when start this executable (when the form is submitted) But the only parameters you can give, are those wich you can see in the form properties.
(You can see the way to do that when you look at the HTML)

So, the answer is NO
