Hi

I keep on receiving these crashes when I use *any* ftp
program, also a few times with MSIE 3.02.

Are all those programs always running?  I notice that your memory utilization is at 100%. Try running it with no other apps open. if it works then you can launch the other apps and see which on it has the problem with. or if it is simply a lack of memory problem.

Try reinstalling you TCP/IP stack(protocol).
