I would like to dive into some OpenGL.  What are some good books and some good components?  Perhaps the dot-H files converted for use with Delphi?

Book:  The OpenGL Superbible by Waite Group.  Excellent book.
dot-H: I can mail you the .H files converted for use with Delphi.
Component: A good component is GLPanel found at Delphi Super Page.  This is basically a TImage for use with OGL.  It does not limit you to any built-in commands.  It allows you to use entire OGL function set.
