Submit URL Script

OK.  I would like to make a submit url web site like Submit-It or Broadcaster, but have the slightest clue how to program a script to take the information that the viewer enters into html forms and put them into hidden fields on the next page.  It seems simple right?  I just need an example of the script with the use of one URL submission from any search engine and I will award you the points.  Thanks.

This is not the answer that I was looking for.  I need a script that allows me to have ONE html form entrance area on a seperate page.  Then, when you hit submit the information is sent to a script where the info is then put into hidden fields above submit buttons for each search engine, LIKE SUBMIT_IT!!!Then, the person click each submit button and they have then submitted the url info from ONE form to use with about one hundred search engines.
