Outlook Autoarchive error

I've set up folders in Outlook to automatically archive messages after certain periods of time.  Unfortunately I get an error at the end of each archive operation saying "Unable to archive one or more folders.  An error occurred while performing Autoarchive operations.  Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it."

What is wrong and how can I correct this?

TIA

very probabably either your *.pst file is corrupt and/or a few registry settings are not what they should be. Backup your pst file and run it through the inox repair utility. then try again. If this doesn't help, de-install Outlook completely, reboot, reinstall and reboot again. Should work now.
