Where can I find the vc++ code for email?

Hi All,
   I want to have an email program writting in vc++.
   This program only send files to the internet email
address.
   The OS is WinNT or Win95.

There is a shareware program called blat.exe. You can pickup a copy at http://gepasi.dbs.aber.ac.uk/softw/Blat.html. It includes C++ source code. I have modified this program a number of times for specific projects.
