What's the purpose on AsycFilt.DLL, and do I need to redistribute it with all my VB applications that have an Access 2.0 database?

Looks like it's a component of Win95/WinNT OLE 2.2 . It looks like it must be distributed along with all the OLE 2.2 stuff.
