How can i play .MOD or .S3M files inside Delphi?
Does some kind of component or unit for that exist??

I have not seen any native Delphi component for this. But there are some MCI drivers which also allow Delphi to play back S3M, MOD, STM, TRK etc. files using a TMediaPlayer component.
You may want to download the Mod4Win MCI driver (www.mod4win.com).

Check out the new ModPlay component being developed at www.eldermage.com

It's still in beta, but it worked great for me, and looks very promising
