Connecting a '95 Client On A Xenix IV Network?

Is it possible to connect a '95 client machine on a Xenix IV network? If so, what configuration to the Xenix IV network and '95 is needed and what if anything is  needed in external applications to enable this. The network consists of 1 server and 3 clients (all 386's). The clients use the GEAC Real Estate Program. Can you can connect a '95 client onto the network and run the GEAC program?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Alternative 1. (The best way)
First you need to have TCP/IP for XENIX installed in you machine.
If you do not or you can not buy it the only alternative
is to upgrade the system for a recent UNIX version.
Alternative 2. (Don´t like it, but ..)
Connect the Win/95 machine via serial cable to the XENIX machine.

Once this is working the rest is easy to do. You have several
possibilities after. This can be explained later.
