How to print in CTreeView?

CTreeView does not use CView::OnDraw() to show its context,
so how can I print the tree?

Bad news, there is no print facility for Tree or List views. You have to do the hard way. Iterate thru each item and print it seperately thru another view or if you want to use MFC just use printing API's and print the items directly.
