Since DJGPP is a "DOS4GW" compiler, how do I link/convert a dll which was made for Win95/NT to a DJGPP lib.a file?

I don't know what DOS4GW is, but you can't convert a DLL to a different platform (operating system, or from 32 to 16 bits)

The only way is to get the sourcecode and compile it with the correct compiler.
