Quicken 7 conflict with ?????

I have some kind of serious conflict with Quicken 7, R6.
I have Mac IIci, system 7.01 with large screen (Radius).
I load it in with extensions off and virus detector out of folder, restart, retype enabler label as instructed.

After restarting, when I touch anything with the arrow, my computer freezes. It will work only if I restart with extensions off. I have tried 4 times, trashing all Quicken each time. Finally gave up. No 800 phone number and no time to sit on long distance for ages to get an answer from them.
I checked their web page, but there is no solution for this and no email address for tech support.

I got it so I can use online banking and can't.

Anyone have any ideas? Short of restarting with each extension in use, one at a time, to see which one it is. Thank you. Donna

I am not sure I can figure out what it says to do (without commas). I have trashed Quicken in order to get anything else to work. I will have to find out how to do the other things suggested before I can grade the answer. Thank you, Donna
