MacMail Migration to Unix

I am looking for solutions to migrate my existing mail folders which are currently being used by my MacMail and migrating to my unix machine? Secondly how can I migrate my address book to my unix account???

well you can't really, put the address into a text file and run them over and copy them. for the folders same thing, try emulation sofware but it isn't really worth the hastle if it isn't neccesary.
