Eudora windows don't refresh

Running Eudora on 3 different macs, and two different ways of contacting the net, I have the same problem:  an email window will wipe out the window behind it when the email is closed.  Resizing the wiped-out window restores that window.

Is there a way of restoring this to normal?   FOR MONTHS, it was normal - windows were never 'wiped-out.'

Weird! What version of Eudora is it? Check the Get Info dialog box for the exact version number.  I would immediately go to the Eudora site on the net and download the latest (or a new) version of Eudora Lite (3.0.1, I think), trash everything to do with the older version - put it on a floppy disk or somewhere well away from the system if you want to keep stuff from it - all the email and all the settings - preferences too - Everything!!!

Then install the new version and see what happens. Feel free to reject this if you get the same problem recurring, but do answer my first question if what I suggested doesn't solve the problem.

Good luck.

Rifty.

version 1.4.2 on 2 of the machines  version 1.5 on third.

Both those versions are running correctly on other Macs in the building.
