Is there a way to have your e-mail notify a designated voice mail account?
eg. Have Netscape check your e-mail then run a script of some kind to dial a voice line and play a sound file.

Coomunigate from stalker software will do this (and much more beside) - http://www.stalker.com/CommuniGate/

You can get it to route messages between its modules, is roue an email to a pager or voicemail system or even send a fax, so a user could email you and the server would then process the Email and decide whether to fax the user, page you or voice mail you.

You can read a review at:

(BTW - I dont work for Stalker, but was impressed with the communigate product.).
