Is there any function in the DirectX SDK to read DXF file? or do I have to write one myself? Can you give me any help?

No, DirectX does not support DXF files directly, at least not yet. DXF is the standard file format of AutoCad, and it's well documented. You might want to search for code that read DXF files.
