Trying to get Director5 to use MIDI information as an interface, in order to change stage displays. I tried downloading the Yamaha Midxtra but it doesn't support input (the web-site says that on FAQ).
I can't program my own plug-in so I'm wondering if it is possible to send ascii information or numbers from another computer or software into Director as an input device.
