Is your question,

"Where can I get a free news server which will allow me to select a newsgroup banned by other servers?"

It is not clear what you mean. Please confirm this or re-state the question.

Assuming that my interpretation of your question is correct, you can read any newsgroup using your web browser from the following source:

www.dejanews.com

If you want to read newsgroups that post binaries (e.g., photographs that might be banned from some servers,) then that is another question. Are you living in the US?

OK - English is a difficult language. So let me ask you once again,

are you looking for a news server that will let you read newsgroups that are banned by some news servers?

If that is true, then http://www.dejanews.com is the place to try on the net. It is free.

Explain further what you want if necessary. Comprenez vous?  Malheureusement, francais n'est pas une language que je parle tres bien! Mais si vous ecrivez avec les mots simple, peut-etre je comprends.

Good luck.

To your question, for me the banned news groups are banned by ww administrators, and post binaries photogrphs , I have found some free nntp servers like aggie.marble.net witch desreve this newsgroups, but after three days of connection whithout problems, I obtain a message 502 error, you have no permission to talk or 502 ,connection refused.
I expect that I explain correctly what I m lokking for.

Yes, you have explained correctly. I do not know the solution for you. I suggest that you reject my answer and this will allow someone else to try to help you. Good luck!
