Shipping goods in Settlers II

I would like to know how I can transport goods from one harbor to another with cargoships. For instance building materials and soldiers to a new harbor building that was built by a expedition.

well raymond its not that easy
you cannot order your ships to move materials BUT
they will do it automaticly whenever it needed you just need to
make an export or whatever it called(didnt play for a long time)
for exsample if youve built a barracks the ship
will move soldiers in priority
you make an export by entering the sail log and press on
one of the buttons there(something with an an anchor
