How can I unlock the admin account in NetWare 4.10.

Use enable login on the server console.

This is the answer that I found in the manuals, but when I tried it on my server it just said that "logins were already enabled".  Eventually the lockout reset itself, and the problem was gone.  I would love to know why this command wouldn't work on my console, but I guess that you have answered the question.
