OpenTransport TCP/IP Port Commands

I would like to access the TCP/IP port commands available to me in OpenTransport 1.1.2 and 1.2b on my PowerPC 7600. How do I find this on my computer?

There is two utilities for that, I think they are called OTPPP Tuner or something like that, I'l get back to you in a couple of hours with the correct names and where to get'em
