Frames and not reloading the index file

How do I make the website reload the current pages in each frame rather than the "original" frame definition page?  Ie.  When I've navigated through the site and then press reload, it doesn't reload the current pages the frames are pointing at, but instead reload the original main pages.

I've seen some sites having this problem solved but I can't figure out the code.

Any help?

Well, it happens on my home page the very thing you described, the thing about frames I cared about writing those pages was the "base target" tag. Add <base target=target_frame_name_here> to head section of frame definition file. Also, another thing is inserting "targetbase=target_frame_name_here" to <frame src=blabla.htm> tag. This somehow works, although a bit strange.
Good luck
