Which one is better the AMD K6 MMX 200 or the Intel MMX 200???

From magazines reviews, most of the tests revealed that AMD MMX
200 Mhz out-performed Intel MMX 200 Mhz.

If you're going to be running applications that are NOT 'fpu' intensive('fpu' stands for "floating point unit"), then go with the AMD cpu. For apps that are 'fpu' intensive, you are far better off going with the Intel cpu, as no other cpu on the market has a better floating point unit than Intel.  Such apps that are 'fpu' intensive are: AUTOCAD, true 3D games(such as QUAKE or many new games not yet released).  If you are a big-time gamer, you will benefit greatly from going to the Intel cpu, and will also be able to sell it easier down the road.
