How do I learn my VIDEO BASE ADDRESS?  I have VGA graphics, I think.
(For example, if I had CGA, it would be B800H.)

If you have a VGA or SVGA then your base adress is A000h.  If you have a newer PC (486/Pentiun) it's VERY probably you have a SVGA or at least VGA.
