I have a VBX known as VBMSG.VBX and need it in the OCX
32 bit format.  Is there a program/way to convert a VBX?
If not, how can I get it converted?

There is no way to convert a vbx to an OCX unless you wrote the VBX.  You would need to contact the creator of the VBX to see if they have made an OCX equal to the VBX.  I have heard that you can do some time of OLE container to use a 16bit DLL in a 32bit program but am not sure about VBX's.
