I bought a CD that has Megafortress & Patriot on the same CD (its a real commercial product!). Megafortress requires codes to be entered that are somehow connected to page numbers in the manual that came with the original release.

This version only has a text version of the manual on CD with (you guessed it) no codes!

Enquiries back to the distributor elicited the response that I would have to return the product to the place of purchase!

I really want to keep it AND play the game. Surely someone must have a copy of the manual that contains the relevant codes.

I have the original game, if you want I can either Email you the answer to the question it is asking or make a copy of the manual, I also have the original of patriot, beware with patriot it is bug ridden-and very complicated, visualy beautifull, but to hard. Mega was a great game in its day, especially if you read the book. I don't know how it will play on pentiums, but I can help you with the manual's

Thanks for the offer but I was emailed a copy of the codes in reply to a posting I put on the flight sim newsgroup.

Thanks also for the tip re Patriot! I really only bought the CD for Megafortress being a Dale Brown fan from way back.

Now you don't happen to have access to  3 view drawings of the Old Dog? I intend to build a model when I can get enough details (modelling is my other hobby)

Thanks again,
