First, your ISP must offer a Proxy server - if that's the case, you'll need to get its URl and port number, then configure your browser to use it ...

For netscape ..

1.Open the Netscape Navigator Web Browser.
2.Select the Options menu.
3.Select the Network Preferences menu item.
4.Click the Proxies tab.
5.Select Automatic Proxy Configuration.
6.Type the URL of your proxy server into the Configuration Location (URL) field.
7.Click the OK button to close the dialog box

For Internet Explorer ...

1.Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer Web Browser.
   2.Open the View menu.
   3.Select the Options menu item.
   4.Click on the Connection tab.
5.Select Connect through a proxy server.
   6.Click on the Settings button.
7.Type the URL and port number (usually 8080) of your proxy server into the "Servers" section
8. Click OK to close the dialogue boxes
