ODBC API Constants

Hi I am desperately looking for ODBC constants values
for example SQL_PARAM_INPUT
I have no VB CD(and no ODBC folders installed) no ODBC SDK include files too, therefore I am declaring functions manually, but cannot complete programs without constant values.
Who is Participating?
I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I have the ODBC Help files etc but no where in them does it talk about SQL_PARAM_INPUT.  What version of VB, 32bit or 16Bit, what version of ODBC?
I have a file named sqlext.h, which I think contains the values that you need in C declare statements. Here are the ones you asked for. Please comment if you need any others.

#define SQL_PARAM_TYPE_UNKNOWN           0
#define SQL_PARAM_INPUT                  1
#define SQL_PARAM_INPUT_OUTPUT           2
#define SQL_RESULT_COL                   3
#if (ODBCVER >= 0x0200)
#define SQL_PARAM_OUTPUT                 4
#define SQL_RETURN_VALUE                 5
#end if
