Uimport Error NWDSAddObject

I'm getting the following error using uimport.exe.

UIMPORT-4.26-991: An error occurred in NWDSAddObject.
 Error code: FD77. (.Physics_Lab2.Physics.CWRU).

I've triple checked the data and control files and all are fine. The OU exists, the O exists, the default server, volume and home directory path exist, I have full rights over the OU and supervisor rights over the server. I've checked Novell's knowledge base and can't find anything describing this error. Also, I tried shortening the object names, removing the underscore, etc. I can manually create the exact same object without a problem.

I'm stumped.

Problem wasn't memory as Novell's TIDs suggest. The server has 256 MB of RAM. The problem had to do with the order of the control file's fields section. The data file transposed two of our "standard" fields. As a result the control file correlated last name with a blank field in the data file. This doesn't work.
Why Uimport did not return a message of "incomplete user information" or "must have login name and last name to process" is another question. Then again, this isn't the first time that Uimport has given such a bogus error message that I had to spend hours trying to figure it out.
