I have CC Mail 6.0 and is running fine in our H.O. but now we have a branch and I need to install it there. After Installing how can I add all the users and mailing list and all the other bulletin boards without manual entering the details.

You need to locate the file that contains the users, mailing lists, and bulletin boards. That should be in the CCmail directory. Once you have installed the CCmail at you branch ad the file from your H.O. to the CCmail directory at your branch, and overwrite the existing file.
