Does RDO come with VB5 Pro, or only Enterprise?

Is there any way to use RDO with VB5 pro, or does it only come with the enterprise version?  
(I have all these points that I have to use up somehow :-)

       Professional and Enterpris Editions Allows you to access ODBC data cources thoough the RDO with DAO objects, bypassing the Microsoft Jet database engine. You can also use ODBCDirect through the Data contrl, by binding controls to data and setting an ODBCDirect property.
